At Crop And Edit Designs, we strive to provide high-quality graphic design services tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of our work, which involves creative labor and digital delivery, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer the following refund policy:

Deposits
All deposits made to initiate a project are non-refundable. This covers the time and resources allocated to project planning and early-stage work.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund (excluding any deposit) may be issued upon request.
Project Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions (as per the agreed-upon terms). If after revisions you are still dissatisfied, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
Completed Work
No refunds will be issued once final files are delivered or a project has been marked complete and approved by the client.
Turnaround Delays
