3. Payment & Refunds

Payments must be made in full or as otherwise agreed before final files are delivered. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered under specific circumstances, such as project cancellation before work has started. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals as required to complete the project. Delays in communication may impact delivery timelines.

5. Revisions
